May we introduce you to Mike Young:

Mike Young graduated from college in 1992 with honours in finance and marketing.  Since that time he has grown his career obtaining professional designations in Strata and Residential Property Management, Real Estate and has also achieved the highest appointment under The Real Estate Services Act of “Brokerage”.  A life-long learner, Mike is committed to keeping his finger on the pulse of the Property Management industry and continually attends courses, seminars and conventions to expand his knowledge and network.

 Being an investor himself, coupled with his detail oriented approach, Mike successfully anticipates and delivers unparalleled service to each and every client.  He is committed to the little things that matter most to clients – timely response, pro-active approach, delivering results and unwavering professionalism.

 Mike has worked hard to develop professional and lasting relationships in the industry and is well networked in all areas of Property Management.  Strong relationships with contractors, project managers and the District ensure he is best positioned to assist any investor in resolving any issues that may arise.

 Referred to as a ‘top performer’, Mike’s dedication, professionalism, vast experience and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service have enabled him to continually exceed client’s expectations.

 Mike moved to Squamish in 2001, and resides with his wife and two children.  He is actively involved in the community and currently volunteers with Big Brothers, mentoring young kids.

Meet Michael Roblin:

Michael Roblin began his career in real estate in the summer of 1991, working in both the North Shore and Squamish markets.  With a fascination for developing, Michael soon became professionally aligned with a variety of local, multi-family developments in addition to real estate and commercial investments, sales and leasing.

 In 1996, Michael began a local property management company that managed strata and marine corporations from North Vancouver to Whistler.  With professional designations in Strata and Residential Property Management, Real Estate and finally as a “Brokerage”  which is the highest designation under The Real Estate Services Act of British Columbia, Michael is well positioned to service any clients needs in the Sea to Sky Corridor.

Michael has relished living the life of a local since 1994 and when not enjoying the multitude of outdoor recreational activities Squamish is famous for, Michael can be found volunteering at the West Coast Railway Heritage Park, engineering the mini-rail train.  Community involvement also includes participating in local running and mountain bike races.
